She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her stepsons, Kyle and Arin Slay; her mother Dyca Ferrell of Wichita; her sisters, Ginger Charles (Warren) of Greenwood and Cindy Geitz (Richard) of Milliken, Colorado; and her mother-in-law Doris Simas (Slay) of Derby.
