He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Cook and Eva Cook (Westbrook); his son Tom; his siblings, Lowell, Jr., Corene Prazma and Carolyn Cook; his aunt Sadie; and his uncle Oscar Hein.
He is survived by: his wife Frankie Jean Miller; his daughters, Jeannie Harsin (David) of Hillsboro, KS and Vickie Bambick (Joe) of Fredonia, KS; and his grandchildren, Ryan Acker and Matthew Harsin. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren Several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made in honor of Fred to the Shriners Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Hospital and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
