It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Aaron Reed of Douglass, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Kenneth Kandt; and his parents, Ralph C. Reed and Helen M. Reed (Pomeroy). He is survived by: his wife Jana Myers; his daughters, Devan Williams (Rick) of Andover, KS and Daleigh Brines (Theron) of Douglass, KS; his grandchildren, Hailey Williams and Vyper Reed; his sister Carla Shipe of Wichita, KS; his stepmother Marilyn Cooper of Wichita, KS; his nephew Bryce Shipe (Emily) of Virginia Beach, VA; his niece Carissa Campbell of Hutchinson, KS.; and his son Dawson Charles of Douglass, KS. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
