With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Johnson of Dorrance, Kansas, born in Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on September 23, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Homer Austin and Thelma Austin; her former husband Johnny Scott; her daughter Devery Poppenga (James); her granddaughters, Danielle Scott (Damien), Daysha Poppenga (Zack), Darian Poppenga and Aurora (Landon Scott); her brother Robert Austin (Mable); and her niece Carla Dively.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored for donations to be made to The V Foundation for Cancer Research. (V.org).
