He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Tracy and Nola Tracy (Blair); his son Steven Tracy; and his siblings, Alma Lee McInnis, Norman Tracy and David Tracy.
He is survived by: his wife Ilene McNeal; his children, Mike Tracy (Jami) of Valley Center, KS, Pam Boyd (Jason) of Questa, NM, Stefanie Tracy (Zachary Lerner) of Albuquerque, NM, Tracy Smith of Goddard, KS and Terry Smith (Sherri) of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Wayland Tracy, Jackson Boyd, Phoenix, Dashiell Tracer, Courtney Ball (Jordan), Alec Smith (Natalie), Blake Smith (Hannah), Jesse and Nicholas Smith; his sister Mary Ann Hall of Aledo, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Cheri Tracy of Aledo, IL, Mary Ann Tracy of Aledo, IL and Mary Lee McAlister of Aledo, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
