He was predeceased by: his father Roy Otis Heard; his brothers, Terry and Perry Heard; and the mother of his children Erin Killian. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Jean Amthor (Bratcher); the mother of his children Lisa Heard of Dodge City; his children, Bryce Hart of Dodge City, Justice Heard of Dodge City, Shelby Heard (Tyler Stateler) of Dodge City and Jamie Heard of Dodge City; his stepchildren, McKenzie Fotis of Michigan and Sarah Fotis of Colorado; his siblings, Julie Kasselman and Doug Heard; and his grandchildren, Penelope, Calliope, Justice, Jr., Mila, Violet, Claire, Hope and Joey.
