He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Virgil and Mary Margaret Harper (Mueller); his brother Donny Harper; and his brother-in-law Jerry Cunningham. He is survived by: his spouse Kim Whisler; his children, Skeets Salazar (Angie) and Casie Harper (Colt); his siblings, Carol Cunningham and Denny Harper (Marti); his grandchildren, Jesse, Remington, Blayze and Easton; and his son Jason Cunningham (Amber) of Dodge City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the Tom Harper Memorial Fund in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
