He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Jr. Creamer and Patricia Ellen Creamer (Churning); his brother Mike; and his nephew Jason. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Creamer; his children, Ashley Ragan and Zachary Creamer; his sister Tammy Casey (Dan); his grandchildren, Aiden, Emmi, Marley and Caroline; his nieces, Mandy Casey, Tara Kitzke and Krista Habluetzel; and his nephew Michael Creamer. He is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews.

The family suggests the memorials to the Thomas Creamer Memorial Fund in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
