We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2024, at the age of 83, Sue Nystrom of Dodge City, Kansas, born in Kinsley, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Werner and Laura Werner; her husband Fred; her son Russell J. Nystrom; and her siblings, Lois Warner, William Werner, Gary Werner and David Werner.
She is survived by: her children, Brice Nystrom (Deborah) of Dodge City, KS and Barbra Diller (Roger) of Weston, CO; her grandchildren, Cassandra Kiehl (Jeremy) of Dodge City, Andrea Jones (Chris) of Farmington, NM, Nikki Gallardo (Jose) of Colorado Springs, CO, Erin Diller of Euless, TX and Jared Diller of Wailuku, HI; her siblings, Tim Werner of Tucson, AZ, Steven Werner (Barbara) of Ellis, KS and Julie Knoeber (Steve) of Spearville, KS; and her sister-in-law Rosetta Graff (Galen) of Kinsley, KS. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery Association for the fence improvement project, Sacred Heart Endowment, or donor's choice, in care of McKillip Memorial Funeral Home, 623 Marsh Ave, Kinsley, KS.
