C., Souphaly Spurlock, Johnny Sinhpraseut and Jamie Vongdonedeng; his siblings, Michael Ralya (Sandy) and Cathy Ralya; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Elizabeth, Brandon Nguyen and Naomi Sinhpraseut.
