It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sondra Lou Wiseman of Dodge City, Kansas, born in Long Beach, California, who passed away on August 29, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Henry and Mary Frances Wiseman, Jr. (Crane); her children, Rochelle Rowley of Emporia and Anthony "Tony" Burt of Lubbock, Texas; her grandchildren, Damon Burt, Rachael Rowley, Kirsten Brooks and Andrew Burt; her brother Niles Wiseman (Sue) of Dodge City; her husband Bob Blancett; and her grandson Tristan Rowley. She was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
