He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Luther and Leah Darline Snyder (Ford); his former wife Bertha "Birdie" Ochs; his spouse Valetta "Coy" Adams; and his siblings, Luther, Angus, Daniel, Ross, Bernice Boehme, Wanda Leasure and Virginia Snyder.
He is survived by: his children, Roy Snyder (Karen) of Dodge City, Julie Unruh (Dave), Karen Prentice (Dave) of Dodge City and Donna Amoth (Jerry) of Mora, Missouri; and his sister Delores Phillips of Macksville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
