She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Knoettgen and Gertrude Knoettgen (Smith); her husband Max E. Allen; her son Michael; her grandson Chad; and her siblings, Patricia Wise, Connie Stapleton, Mary Kay Carr and Robert Knoettgen.
She is survived by: her children, Curt Allen (Chris) of Newton, Doug Allen (Diana) of Kirkwood and Prudy Shultz (David) of Dodge City; her grandchildren, Christopher Allen (Joanna) of Kingwood, KyLeigh Wilson (Daniel) of Ensign, Christina Griffin (Tristan) of Cimarron, Charlena Steininger (Cody) of Dodge City and John Allen of New York City; and her stepgrandsons, Brent Shultz of Pueblo and Brandon Shultz (Candice) of Fate, Texas. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and five step-great grandchildren.
