He was predeceased by: his father Chester Lee Frey; and his brother Kelly Frey. He is survived by: his mother Welda Grace Frey (Scott) of Dodge City; his wife Christine Frey; his daughter Rona Bouzarth (Brian) of Washington State; and his granddaughters, Blaire and Alix. He is also survived by two sister-in-laws as well as two brother-in-laws.
