He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bell; his children, Michelle Blackburn and Kenton Blackburn (Staci) of Washington, MO; his stepchildren, Matthew Bell of Plains, KS, Lila McDiffett (Kade) of Garden City, KS and Marie Franks of Phoenix, AZ.; his siblings, Tasha Fields of Cimarron, KS and Steve Blackburn (Angela) of Kinsley, KS.; and his grandchildren, Tegan and Ayden Blackburn of Washington, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
