She is survived by: her husband Willy Phelps; her sons, Tommy Phelps (Becky), Michael Phelps (Mandy) and Robert Slavin (Wendi); her grandchildren, Ali Phelps, Abbey Herrs (Jacob), Carley, Audrey, Grant, Isaac and Mason Phelps; and her niece Lori Mahan.
