She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosendo Rico and Margarita Yañes; her husband Jose De Jesus Padilla; her brothers, Raul Rico and Samuel Rico; and her children, Rigoberto Padilla and Guillermina Padilla.
She is survived by: her children, Jesus Padilla, Ramon Padilla, Celia Padilla, Emerita Padilla and Maria N. Padilla. She is also survived by three sisters and one brother; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great- grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
