It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Edward Oyer (Dodge City, Kansas), who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Oyer and Marie Dobbin (Oyer); his siblings, Juanita Spindler, Inez Waln and Wesley Oyer; his daughter Marilyn Mathews; and his son-in-law Steve Pearson.
He is survived by: his wife Mabel Oyer; his daughters, Kay Pearson and Jo Templin (Michael); his son-in-law Jim Mathews; his grandsons, Ben Hawk (Jessica) of Wichita, Kansas., Isaac Pearson of Wichita, Kansas. and Kenny Scarpelli of Wichita, Kansas.; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Scarpelli, Hartley Hagen, Everett Templin and Orion Licata.
