She was predeceased by: her parents, James Perkins and Philomena "Minnie" Perkins (Windholz); and her brothers, Johnny and Loren Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Eva Crouse (Fletcher), Winston Crouse (Georgia) and James Crouse; and her siblings, Alice Moore (Dennis), Lorraine Trent, Barbara Perkins, Jim Perkins (Jeanni) and Donnie Perkins (Donna). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the LaVone Perkins Memorial Fund in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
