He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Stegman and Katherine Stegman (Spahn); and his siblings, Jerome, Paul, Leonard, Melvin, Irene, Lucille, Maria and Ruth Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Hey; his daughter Kimberly; his grandchildren, Rebecca Long (Terrence) and Andrew; and also, Dale and Megan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
