He was predeceased by: his grandfather Steve Dawson of Spearville; and his great-grandparents, Vivian Chalfant and Margie Hubbell. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Hubbell and Uriah Hubbell (Dawson) of Spearville; his brothers, Mason and Landon Hubbell; his grandmothers, Connie Dawson of Spearville and Cindy Hubbell of Spearville; and his great-grandparents, Carl, Jane Hubbell of Spearville and Don Chalfant of Great Bend. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Kolton Jax Hubbell Memorial Fund in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
