He is survived by: his parents, Lorenzo Quiñonez of Dodge City and Nicolasa Loera-Salinas of Juarez, Mexico; his children, Lluvia Quiñonez of Dodge City, Lilly Quiñonez of Dodge City and Jose Luis Quiñonez, Jr. of Dodge City; and his siblings, Hector Quiñonez of Juarez, Mexico, Sandra Quiñones of El Paso and Isela Quiñones of Arlington. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
