He is survived by: his parents, Jorge Luis and Rocio Adriana Ortiz (Martinez); his siblings, Cassandra Ortiz of Emporia, KS, Jonathan Ortiz-Martinez of Roland Park, KS and Ivan Ortiz of Dodge City, KS; his grandparents, Luis Ortiz, Leticia Rivera and Bertha Lara; and his stepgrandfather Andres Lara. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
