He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Schmitt (Paul Church); his daughters, Vicki (Mike Lee), Lori (Tom Burke) and Joni (Robin Indiek); his grandchildren, Chris Lee of Wichita, Mike, Jennifer Dupree (Lee) of Wichita, Scott, Dawn Burke of Spearville, Kyndell, Shawna Penick (Burke) of Dodge City, Nathan, Veronica Lee of Wichita and Jaylen Indiek of Wichita; and his great grandchildren, Lea, Hailey, Scott Jr., Kayden, Audrey, Parker, Collin and Connor.
