He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Rumbaugh (Roach) and Milford Rumbaugh of Agra, KS; his brother Richard Rumbaugh; his son Jason Rumbaugh; and his granddaughter-in-law Rachel Rumbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rumbaugh (Maley) of Dodge City, KS; his children, Jeff Rumbaugh (Lisa) of Dodge City, KS and Jennifer Rumbaugh of Manhattan, KS; his grandchildren, Tanner Rumbaugh (Samantha) of Dodge City, KS, Lauren Bromm (Spencer) of Craig, NE and Blake Rumbaugh of Dodge City, KS; his stepgrandson Vinnie Lyman (Erin) of Salina, KS; his great grandchildren, Emery and Cayson Rumbaugh of Dodge City, KS; his stepgreat-grandson Jack Buschman of Perryton, TX; and his sisters, Pat Kessler (Richard) of Glendale, AZ and Sandi Winchell (Jim) of Almena, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Swaim Funeral Chapel (1901 6th Ave, Dodge City, KS 67801).
