He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Phillips and Anna Loraine Phillips (Dunn); and his wife Linda Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Terry Phillips of Dodge City, Phyllis Schaller (Rodney) of Wichita, Mary Ann Stice (Darrel) of Sun City, AZ and Jimmy Phillips of Dodge City; and his brother Ed Phillips (Twila) of Dodge City. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
