He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakford Speer and Doris Speer; and his sister Jackie Wright. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lindsey (Crussell); his sons, Mark Lindsey (Kathleen) of Canon City, Colorado and Michael Lindsey of Canon City, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Victoria Fair (Jaclyn), Desarae Lindsey, Michael Lindsey (Brandi), Bridget Bidwell and Blake Lindsey (Susie). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
