She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Henry and Gladys Charity Minchow (Uland); and her husband James "Leonard" Barnes. She is survived by: her sons, Tom Barnes (Connie) and David Barnes (Cindy); and her sisters-in-law, Bernice Barnes and Pam Barnes.
She was born at Lincoln, Nebraska the daughter of Arthur Henry and Gladys Charity (Uland) Minchow.
