He is survived by: his wife Cathy Fitzsimmons of Dodge City; his daughters, Sarah Fitzsimmons of Dodge City and Melody Kerr (Jeremy) of Lenexa; and his siblings, Judy Heble of La Veta, Colorado, Troy of Dodge City, Kurt of Dodge City, Tracy of Dodge City and Bart Fitzsimmons of Dodge City.
