She was predeceased by: her parents, Thad Freeman and Sybil Horton; her stepfather Ronald Horton; her brother Mike Freeman; and her nephew Trevor Tate.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer McCabe and Zac Eddy (Maura); her sisters, Sandy Freeman and Robin Tate (Steve Chambers); her grandchildren, Sage, Kaia and Addison; her great grandchild Luca; and her nieces and nephews, Denise, Jami, Tanner, Derek, Dustin and Lindsay.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Register Signing Ziegler Funeral Chapel (1901 N 14th Ave, Dodge City, KS 67801). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Ziegler Funeral Chapel (1901 N 14th Ave, Dodge City, KS 67801).
