Darrel R. Carson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrel R. Carson (Dodge City, Kansas), who passed away on March 25, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Carson and Mary Carson (Spurgeon); his daughter Vickie Green; and his sister Carol Ann Durkee. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Knapp; his children, Nickie Daniels (Bill), Cathy Hogan (Stewart), TJ Fisher (Mike) and Darrel Wayne Hull (Shelly); his siblings, John Carson (Cindy), Jack Carson (Lona), Gary Carson (Molly) and Susan Staats (Roger); and his brother-in-law Mike Durkee. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several great and great great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to the Kiowa County Memorial Hospital in care of Minnis Mortuary, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
