She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hessman and Gladys Hessman (Trent); and her siblings, Robert Hessman, Rosemary Rinne, Wilma McCollough and Lillan Fitzsimmons.

She is survived by: her husband Clifton Hooker; her daughters, Sharon Hooker of Wellington, Kansas and Rhonda Harper of Wichita, Kansas; and her siblings, Ruby Cook of Dodge City, Sandy Salmans (Arlin) of Cimarron and Frank Hessman (Sharon) of Eugene, Oregon.. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to First Southern Baptist Church in care of the funeral home.
