She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Martha Smith (Koehn). She is survived by: her children, Teresa Soto of Dodge City and Michael Lopez of Dodge City; and her siblings, Steve Smith, Gordon Smith, Barbara, Elaine and Mary Ann. She is also survived by her three grandchildren.
