He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter James and Tilda Lou Boles Neeley; his wife Beatrice Axley Neeley; and his siblings, Bessie, Christine, Willie Bea, Etter, Ester, Dovie, Annie, Henry, James, Thomas and Clure.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Greer of Knoxville, Sharon Seay of Mosheim, TN, Donna Neeley of Advance, NC, Danny Neeley (Kathy) of Rome, GA and Ron Neeley (Lisa) of Madisonville; and his grandchildren, Amanda Neeley Martinez, Adam Neeley, Jim Greer, Matt Greer, Stacie Seay Mathes, Chad Seay, Jessica Williams, Christy Williams, Miranda Neeley, Dakota Neeley, Brittany Neeley, Jesse Neeley and Ryder Neeley. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.
