It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudia Peterson Boyd of Dodge City, Kansas, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurel "Pete" Peterson and Frances Peterson; and her brother Charles "Chuck" Peterson. She is survived by: her husband Charles Boyd; her siblings, Carolyn Brass, Judy Doyle (Wayne), Kenneth Peterson (Eileen) and Francis "Frank" Peterson (Rita); her daughters, Natalie Hernandez and Charlene "Charley" Boyd; her son-in-law Rafael Hernandez; her grandchildren, Myles Hernandez, Carlos Hernandez and Megan Hernandez; and her great grandchildren, Tristen Hernandez, Winston Cruz and Grayson Hernandez.
The family suggests memorials to the Dodge City Animal Shelter in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
