He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hill and Fannie Hill (Miller); his son Matthew Thomas Hill; and his siblings, Janet Joyce Hill and Robert "Bob" Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Hallie Earlene Hill (McComas); his children, Christy Owens of Dodge City, John Charles Hill of Newton and Scott Andrew Hill (Deborah Hill) of Innsbruck, Austria.; and his brother Roger R. Hill (Kim Denton-Hill) of Albuquerque. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one nephew and two nieces.
Memorials are suggested to First Christian Church or the American Parkinson Foundation in care of the funeral home.
