She was predeceased by: her parents, William Barker Hunsley and Sarah Grace Hunsley (Losey); her husband Howard Burnett; her former husband Walter Horn; her granddaughter Brenda Martindale; her daughter-in-law Jo Ann Burnett; and her siblings, Fanny Schultz, Lori Metzger, Thomas Fern Hunsley, William Barker Hunsley, Lilian Mary Hunsley Burnett, Albert Joseph Hunsley and Dr. Perry Uriah Hunsley.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Michael Martindale (Belinda) and Michael Cabbage. She is also survived by two great-grandsons, three great-great-granddaughters, and many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Lane County Historical Society or the JOY Center both in care of Boomhower Funeral Home.
