Jerry Gumm Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Gumm of Dighton, Kansas, born in Bloom, Kansas, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Gumm to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliot Gumm and Lodema Gumm (Clawson); and his siblings, Arlene Maddox, Bob Gumm and Keith Gumm.

He is survived by: his wife Enid Gumm (Barton) of Olathe; his daughters, Lisa Thompson (Ray) of Overbrook, Kathy Simpson of Auburn and Nancy Bieberly of Olathe; and his grandchildren, Ray Glenn Thompson (Jennifer), Clint Thompson (Nicole), Jared Simpson (Claire) and Mattie Bieberly (Matthew). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
