He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Clarence Knoll and Rusty Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Knoll (Lisa Knoll) of Holcomb, KS and Hailey Knoll of Dighton, KS; his sisters, Branee Knoll of Holcomb, KS and Remmi Knoll (Zach Orr) of Dighton, KS; his niece Raeli Knoll of Dighton, KS; and his grandmother Sylvia Knoll of Deerfield, KS. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made towards the funeral expenses and/or The Finney County Humane Society, an organization Ethan felt strongly about and volunteered.
