With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Corrine M. Christensen of Dighton, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Corrine left this world on January 5, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Jorgensen and Bernice Jorgensen (Brauch); her spouse Emmert L. Christensen; her sons, Mitch Christensen and Marty Christensen; and her grandchildren, Justin James and Kelsie Christensen.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Christensen of Ankeny, Mark (Judy Christensen), Marla (Randy Evans) and Matt Christensen of Phillipsburg; and her siblings, Phil Jorgensen of Clarinda, Peggy Nelson of Des Moines, Twila Ballard of Oklahoma City and Janet Nelsen of Atlantic. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 30 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gove Community Bible Church (517 Broad St, Gove City, KS 67736). A burial will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at the Gove Cemetery.
