He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Speer and Violet Speer (Rowe); his sister Judy Ginder; and his daughter Melissa Speer. He is survived by: his wife Susan Feagins of Dexter; his sister Eileen Roessler of Bentonville, AR; his children, Clifton Speer (Dee Dee) of Okmulgee, OK, Lisa Pipkin of Wellington, James "Charles" Short (Angie) of McKinney, TX and Rachal Chambers (Lin) of Clearwater; his grandchildren, Shayd, Joely, Dagan, Nichole, Jason, Connor, Corey, Garrett, Dylan, Dalton, Jordan and Kylinn; and his great grandchildren, Dustin, Sadie, Caden, Pax and Nora.
A memorial has been established in William's name for the Dexter Christian Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
