He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Grace (Gilstrap); his wife Norma Faith Evans of Pittsburg; his sisters, Reatha Wilson, Velma Wilson, Vivian Bryant, Ella June VanHorn and Wanda Page; and his daughter Rebeca Maglauglin.
He is survived by: his children, Willam Wilson, Jr., Susan of Topeka, Tom, Virginia Wilson of Baldwin City and Kristin Wilson of Gardner; his grandchildren, Jennifer Toland (Richard), Jeffrey Wilson (Cassandra), John Wilson (Jami Jones), Evan Wilson, Amelia Wilson, Tayler Thiel (Don), Veronica Thomas (JR), Sara Frieman (James) and Benjamin Maglaughlin (Carmen); his great grandchildren, Anastasia Baker (Conrad), Gillian Hadenfeldt (Zach), Matthew Toland, Connor, Colbie Wilson, Parker and Henry Wilson; his grandchildren, David, Jessica, Jacob Thiel, Hayden Thomas, Broc Wilson, Camryn Maglaughlin, Colton, Peyton and Bella Maglaughlin; and his great great grandchildren, Jackson and Eleanor Baker.
