With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George White of DeSoto, Kansas, born in Emporia, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 11, 2024 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Mae White; his stepfather Bob Martin; his grandmother Iva Amanda White; his aunt Lena DeWolfe; and his brother Andy Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Karen White; his children, Lori Lynne Conquest (Kirk) of Osage Beach, MO, Billy Wayne White of Emporia, KS, Jason Duane White (Billie Jo) and Joshua James White (Tara) of Bonner Springs, KS.; and his siblings, Linda Haney, Lisa Fletcher, John, Jim, Bill and Bobby Martin.
