It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert L. Starks Sr. of DeSoto, Kansas, who passed away on May 27, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Mary Desper (Ivory) and Tim Starks (Bethany); his grandchildren, Ivory Jr. (Lacey), Misty (John), Jessica (David), Eli and Trinity; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Aiden of Tony, PJ, Delilah and Liam.
