She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Cook; her grandsons, Wesley Cook (Laney) and John Cook; her great grandchildren, Jon Cook, Jeremy Cook, John W. Cook II and Amanda Marie Jean (Corey); and her great great grandchildren, Branson Cook, Graham Cook, Caroline Mae Smith and Sydney Kaye Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many other family members.
