She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Oldfield and Jackie Oldfield; her husband Hayden Ellis; and her children, Alferd Ford Jr. and Jackie Lynn Hyre (Ford).

She is survived by: her former spouse Alferd B. Ford, Sr.; her son-in-law John P. Hyre; her granddaughter Regi Wahl (Hyre); her daughter-in-law Judy Ford; her granddaughter Gabrielle Hillgrove (Jason Hillgrove); and her great grandchildren, Kaine and Drake.
