He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Hoge and Mary Rae Hoge; and his brothers, Sam, Nick, George and Steve.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Leigh Bick; his daughter Erin; his son-in-law Brandon Kemperman; his son Steve; his daughter-in-law Ashley Hoge; and his siblings, Anne Sater and David. He is also survived by grandchildren.
