He is survived by: his wife Marilyn B. Green; his daughters, Jan Woodard (Joe) of Arkansas City and Roni Rollins of Wichita; his siblings, Carolyn Morris of Arkansas City and Bill Sanders (Cathie) of Ponca City, OK; his grandchildren, Adam Woodard, Sydney Eash and Kadyn Rollins; his great grandchildren, Asher and Elysian; and his pet Bullet.
A memorial has been established with St. Jude Children's Hospital. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
