He was predeceased by: his parents, Letha May Jacobs (Walker) and Ogney Todd Seacat; and his siblings, Cyril Rex Seacat and Vera Jean Butler. He is survived by: his wife Marianne K. Seacat (Waltner); his children, Todd Barry Seacat and Carla Rena Schofield (Darrell); his stepson Troy Spencer (Tiffany); his brother Lot Hardy Seacat (Janet); his grandchildren, Ashton Osburn, Shae Firebaugh (Stewart), Blake Osburn, Abby Schofield, Brooklyn Schofield, Maclaine Noxon (Jake) and Madison Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Jordan, Lincoln and Winslow.
