She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignatius Mikolajczyk and Anna Mikolajczyk; and her siblings, Stephen, Raymond Mikolajczyk and Valerie Accurso.
She is survived by: her husband Brian; her children, Neil Metler (Ashley), Timothy Metler, Andrew Metler (Ashley), Anthony Metler (Olivia) and Sarah Metler; her grandchildren, Lucas Metler, James Metler, Edison Metler and Paisley Metler; and her siblings, Lawrence, Richard, Patrick, Edward, Elena, Leonard and Paul.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Center of Kansas.
